| Harrell Takes $1,500 Late Model Victory at Fayetteville Speedway |
Fayetteville, NC July 12, 2008- The HGR Late Models moved center stage
this evening for a $1,500 to win showdown and 2008 points leader Shaun
Harrell of Raeford showed the way in his Carolina Concrete
Finishing-Midway Mini-Storage ride as he recorded his 7th win of the
year as he held off a strong challenge from two time winner this year
Wayne Gray Jr. in his WG Lot Clearing entry in a heated duel at times
along the way to the wave of the checkered flag on this evening at
Fayetteville Motor Speedway.(FMS) Former track champ D J Tyndall of
Dunn finished third and remains second in the points chase for the
year. Spring Lake’s Mike Mason was fourth for Mason Racing followed by
Fayetteville’s upstart Ronald Hammond fifth. Defending Champ Willie
Milliken of Leland had a tough go as he spin out in the final handful
of laps and went behind the wall fir the evening. Harrell is looking
real good in attaining his goal of a title in 2008 at FMS.

| Weeks Captures Win - Takes Carolina Clash Points Lead with Fayetteville Victory |
FAYETTEVILLE, NC (July 6) - Ricky Weeks finally put it all together on
Sunday afternoon at Fayetteville Motor Speedway. After being shut out
of the winners circle in 2008 the four time and defending Carolina
Clash Series Champion captured his first 'Clash' win of the season in
the rain delayed running of the 40 lap main event.
The race was originally scheduled for Saturday night but rain
washed the event away after qualifying was completed. All but three of
the 34 cars entered returned for the racing action on Sunday afternoon.
Swainsboro, GA's Chesley Dixon led the 24 car field to the green
flag after setting fast time in Mega Plumbing of the Carolina's
Qualifying. Dixon quickly took the point with Raeford, NC's Shawn
Beasley in tow. The duo swapped the lead a couple of times before Dixon
settled in. Meanwhile, Weeks was on the move from his 18th starting
position and by the mid point of the event he had moved into
contention.

Fayetteville, NC June 28, 2008-
Fayetteville Motor Speedway (FMS) got back to exciting Saturday night
dirt track action for all it’s regular classes on this Saturday night
on the clay oval and it was a good night for some of the drivers as
they come away with big wins.
Defending
Moffitt Machine Shop Super Street champion Glenn “Fireball” Howard of
Wade chalked up his ninth win of the year as he powered his Camaro to
his 100th career victory and increases his points lead as he
seeks another crown at Fayetteville’s clay oval. Howard out ran former
champ Ricky Butler of Fayetteville in his Silver Bullet Chevy for this
win. Godwin’s upstart Thomas Stewart placed third but holds onto the
runner-up spot in the points chase for the year. Jim Henley Sr. of
Fayetteville had his best showing this year with a fourth place finish
and hard charging Derrick Hilliard was fifth and has moved to fifth in
the point battle in his Hilliard Racing Chevy machine. Howard has
proven again he’s the man to beat weekly in this class at FMS for sure
as he loves that Dunn-Benson Ford Winner’s Circle weekly.

Hank Edwards of Hope Mills finally got his Williams Motorsports entry
out of Ash, NC hooked up and roared to his first win of the season in
the Mid South Auto Recycling Open Wheel Mod feature Edwards had by far
his best outing this year in the Mitchell Williams Plant Works entry as
the multi time FMS champion held off a tough Timmy Blackwell of Grays
Creek in his Granger Racing mount out of Tabor City, NC at the finish
line. 2008 points leader 18 year old Travis Yow took the Pumpkin Pierce
Chassis ride for Big Al & Bobbie Menscer his car owners celebrating
their 60th anniversary to a third place finish on this night for Star Leasing.
Defending Champ David Hart of Carthage ran fourth with Autryville
hotshoe Jeff Tyndall settling for fifth spot this week in his RCR
entry. Could “Hurricane Hank” season be coming in the upcoming weeks at
FMS? Yow is still holding onto the top spot in the points chase with
Carlos Jaramillo second after this week show down. Upstart Eric Menscer
of Fayetteville in his Star Leasing entry is third and Eric is coming
hard in this class entering July. Edwards is holding down fourth place
with 18 year old upstart Jordon Taylor of Fayetteville now fifth in the
chase. Look for July to be very interesting for all the classes for

Fayetteville, NC June 7, 2008- The ASCS Rebel Region Sprint
Cars made a stop at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (FMS) on this Saturday
night. 2008 Points leader Kenny
Adams walked off with the top honors as he out ran Matt Tiffany to the
wave of the checkers. Bryn Gohn finished third in the rundown and
continues to try and overhaul
Adams in the point chase for the season after 5 events. Red Stauffler,
the ageless wonder was fourth. With Gavin Thomas rounded out the top
five finishers for the exciting event.
Shaun Harrell of Raeford topped the HGR Late Model feature for his
5th win of the year as he powered his Carolina Concrete Finishers entry
to another win of the clay oval.. Fayetteville’s Wayne Gray Jr. ran
second in his WG Lot Clearing-Dunn-Benson Racing Supply machine. Denton
Little of Fayetteville placed third for Monty’s Heating & AC-Skan
Electric followed by Benson’s Shawn Sewell in his Sewell Logging mount
fourth and Travis Hair of Fayetteville was fifth for Pittman Roofing.
Harrell is the Late Model point leader over Dunn’s D J Tyndall and
Little going to the action June 21.
FMS is closed for track upgrades this Saturday night and returns to
racing June 21 with the return of the Lucas Oil Super Late Model Series
returning for a $10,000 to win
battle and Jeff Smith is the defending champion of this Lucas Oil Show.

The Moffitt Machine Shop Super Street feature saw defending champion
Glenn “Fireball” Howard of Wade collected his 8th win this season and
continues to hold down the top spot in the point chase over Thomas
Stewart of Godwin. The win for Howard was his 99th career win and he is
looking for another title this year at FMS. Fayetteville’s Ricky Butler
ran second with Rob Spatorico of Fayetteville finished third for the
show. Fayetteville’s Larry Willis ran fourth with fifth spot going to
Fred Gibson of Ft. Bragg.
The Mid-South Auto Recycling Open Wheel Mod show saw Defending champ
David Hart of Carthage chase Mike Beasley of Raeford for 18 laps and
they got together battling for the top spot with Beasley ride suffering
a broken tie rod and he went to the pits for the night. Hart then
rolled to the Dunn Benson Ford winners circle for his 5th win of the
season. 2008 point leader Travis Yow of Fayetteville ran second for Big
Al Menscer Motorsports and increases his points lead for the year.
Jordon Taylor of Fayetteville
finished third for BTO-VP Race Fuels-Amp Drinks. Terry Lawson logged a
fourth place finish for ASAP /Cross Point Church/Howard Racing and
Jacksonville’s tough Marr
Valiquette got a fifth place payday and for Matt that’s two straight top five finishers at FMS in June.
The Auto Plus U Car show saw David “Cowboy” Nelson finally take
the victory for the first time this year as he out ran upstart Tyler
Payne on this evening. Stephanie Clew finished third with Justin Pope
fourth and Steven Kendall took a fifth place finish on this evening.
The Young Guns action saw Dylan Hammond power his D&H Motorsports
entry to his 11th win of the season as he outran 2008 points leader
Zach Blackwell of Gray’s
Creek. Fayetteville’s Daulton Wilson took third place with Justin Pope
fourth and Steven Kendall fifth .Young Hammond has landed sponsorship
this year from Trinity Christian School, Fred Chason Grandsons, Chris
Custom Electric and Townsend Roofing. The Young Gun class has proven to
be a real good class for the upstart drivers in the region.
Race fans get your tickets early for the June 21 Lucas Oil Series
action and it will feature some of the top stars and cars of the Super
Late Model ranks along with the top guns of the Lucas Oil Series all
coming to FMS to try and win that $10,000 payday.

| Adams Rules ASCS Rebels at Fayetteville |
Lonnie Wheatley, FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (June 7, 2008) – Kenny Adams became
the first repeat winner of the season in American Sprint Car Series
Rebel Region competition by wiring the field in Saturday night's 25-lap
feature Fayetteville Motor Speedway.
Adams extended his current series point lead by picking off his second
ASCS Rebel Region win of the season aboard the Don Ott-powered B&W
Trucking/CnB Mushroom Farms No. 4a Shaw.
Adams was chased to the line by Matt Tiffany, who moved into a tie for
second in series points with third-place finisher Bryn Gohn. Red
Stauffer was fourth, with Gavin Thomas rounding out the top five.
Tiffany and Adams won the heat races.

| Sewell Captures First Late Model Win at Fayetteville |
Fayetteville, NC May 31, 2008- Action on this Saturday night at the Fayetteville Motor Speedway (FMS) clay oval got interesting in all classes. The HGR Late Model showdown saw a real battle go down to the final couple of laps to see who would make a trip to the Dunn Benson Ford winner’s circle. 2008 points leader Raeford’s Shaun Harrell ran up front for 17 laps and then Benson’s upstart driver Shawn Sewell made a power move inside of Harrell to grab the top spot and roll up his first career Late Model victory for Sewell Logging and Rhodes Roofing and Harrell settled for a runner-up finish for the second straight week in his Carolina Concrete Finishers entry. Fayetteville’s Travis Hair placed third for Pittman Roofing followed by D J Tyndall of Dunn took fourth for D&K Muffler. Fayetteville’s Robert Turner roared to another fifth place finish for the second straight week.
The Mid South Auto Recycling Open Wheel Mod feature saw defending champ David Hart of Carthage post his third win of the season as he smoked to the finish holding off current 2008 points leader Travis Yow of Fayetteville in his new Menscer Motorsports-Star Leasing entry. Jacksonville’s hard charger Matt Valiquette had a solid night with a third place finish followed by Fayetteville’s Carlos Jaramillo in his Mid South Wrecker Service-Jimmy Hall’s Heating &AC entry fourth, Timmy Blackwell of Gray’s Creek was fifth for Granger Racing out of Tabor City, NC.
In the Moffitt Machine Shop Super Street battle again it was defending champion and current point leader Glenn Howard of Wade roaring again to this seventh win of the year for Cape Fear Landscaping-Jerry’s Bumper Sales-ESPN 1230 Chevy holding off Larry Willis of Fayetteville at the stripe on this Saturday night of action. Ricky Butler of Fayetteville coming off a win a week earlier took third place in his Auto Machine Shop Chevy this week. Hope Mills ace Greg Bass Jr. ran fourth for Absolute Drive Axle. Godwin’s tough Thomas Stewart rounded out he top five finishers for the showdown.

| Neighbors Rolls To NAPA Crazy 8 Victory At Fayetteville Speedway |

Fayetteville, NC May27, 2008- The
NAPA Crazy 8 Super Late Model action was the featured show of the
evening on Saturday night May 24 with $2,500 up for grabs on this
evening at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (FMS). .
Raeford’s
Shawn Beasley started on the pole with 4 time Clash champion Ricky
Weeks of Rutherfordton outside the defending Crazy 8 champion. Beasley
shot out front on the wave of the green flag with Spring Lake’s upstart
driver Scott Neighbors passing Weeks of turn two for the second spot on
the opening lap of the 25 circuits around the clay oval.
Beasley
saw Neighbors pass him on lap 4 for the lead and Neighbors was off and
rolling in his Barry Wright entry powered by those Pro Engines. Beasley
slipped back in the next handful of laps as Weeks along with Jeff Smith
of Dallas got around Beasley as did Ed Gibbons of Manning. Neighbors
was dialed in looking for his first career Super Late Model win in his
Nichols Plumbing-Pro Engines mount and was running fast laps all the
way as Smith tried to overtake him after the half way markers waved to
no avail. Gibbons passed Smith with half dozen laps left and he tried
to overhaul the 38 year old driver and Gibbons closed the gap, but it
was Neighbors night to enjoy that first win in the Super ranks.
Neighbors win moved him to fifth in the NAPA Crazy 8 point battle for
the year at FMS. Gibbons settled for second place in his Wood’s
Logging-Car Quest Rocket entry followed by Smith third for Starrette
Trucking-Norton Stereo- J&J Race cars.

| Hart Rolls up $1,000 Open Wheel Honors at Fayetteville Speedway |

Fayetteville, NC May 17, 2008-
The Action went a lot smoother on the clay oval at Fayetteville Motor
Speedway on this Saturday night after a week off to do a makeover on
the racing clay oval it held up well according to all reports from the
drivers after this event.
The
Mid South Auto Recycling Open Wheel Mods took center stage on this
evening and defending champ David Hart of Carthage rolled up the $1000
payday as he collects his second straight win this season in his Shaw
entry. Pole-sitter Andy Floyd of Vass settled for second place then
came Gray Creeks speedster Timmy Blackwell third in the final tally.
Travis Hair of Fayetteville finished fourth with Stedman veteran Jerry
Johnson taking home a fifth place night for J&J Racing. Floyd
earned a $100 bonus as the polesitter for the evening.
The
HGR Late Model show down again saw 2008 points leader Shaun Harrell of
Raeford put his Carolina Concrete Finishers-Midway Storage entry in the
Dunn Benson Ford winners circle for the fourth time this year as he
increases his lead in the points chase over Dunn’s D J Tyndall who
chased Harrell all night long for top honors at FMS. Benson’s vastly
improved driver Shaun Sewell placed third followed by Fayetteville’s
Denton Little fourth and Concord’s Jeff Morgan logged a fifth place run
again inside the top five finishers at FMS. Look for defending Late
Model champion Willie Milliken of Leland back to the oval for action
this Saturday evening after some motor repairs over this past weekend.
Wayne Gray Jr. plus with Johnny Cain should be back as well...
The
Moffitt Machine Shop Super Street show saw 6 time winner and defending
champ Glenn Howard of Wade elect to start in the back of the pack on
this night The front row had Ricky Butler and Thomas Stewart ready
to roll toward a possible win with Adam Norris and Roy Johnson making
up row 2 in a field of 15 hard chargers. Butler got the early lead only
to have woes hit his Camaro and this let Roy Johnson take the point for
the remaining laps in search of his first win of the season. Howard by
lap 7 was battling through the pack and was trying to overtake Norris
and they tangled up and Howard ride got the worst end of the incident.
Norris would continue on from the rear of the pack on the restart and
Howard went to the pits for repairs and a new tire and would not be a
factor in the final tally on this evening at FMS. Johnson once up front
had a solid showing as he captured his first 2008 checkered flag
holding off Norris in the final handful of laps for the top honors.
Fayetteville’s Joel Wilson placed third followed by Derrick Hilliard
ran fourth for Hilliard Motorsports then rounding out the top five
finishers for the wild night of hot racing action was Thomas Stewart of
Godwin.
The
Auto Plus U cars feature saw defending champion Eddie Longhany Jr. roar
to his sixth win as he out gunned Greg Young for the victory. Upstart
Tyler Payne took third place and he’s coming hard in this class with
his new sponsor Total Insurance Center on board for the year. Look out
for Lighting Coburn he’s on the move as well in this class as he took
fourth place home with fifth spot going to Justin Patterson.
The
Young Guns show saw Autryville’s Jordan Tyndall move through the field
to capture the checkers again this year for HCI Furniture Stores.
Daulton and Ethan Wilson had good runs come up a little short on this
night.
The first Enduro action of the year saw “Honest” Abe Woodard walk off with the big bucks in his heavy Chevy entry.
This
week May 24 it’s another round of the NAPA Crazy 8 Super Late Model
action with $2,500 up for the winner plus all regular classes will be
racing.
Ricky
Weeks of Rutherfordton the 4 time Clash champion enters the NAPA Crazy
8 battle this Saturday night as the points leader by 50 points over
Chris Blackwell of Grays Creek. 2001 Clash champion Ed Gibbons of
Manning is third followed by 2002 Clash champ Scott Autry of
Fayetteville is fourth and defending NAPA Super Late Model FMS champ
Jeff Smith of Dallas is fifth in the 2008 points chase .
Who’ll win this week $2,500 payday; catch the action at FMS Saturday
evening for sure. Weeks along with Smith are both in the 2008 Clash top
5 in points and both are inside the FMS Crazy 8 top five in points and
could be looking at that $20,000 bonus up for the year between the
Clash and FMS promoters, if any one driver can win both titles this
year. Can one driver pull off the Big Bucks Deal this year?? Time will
again tell on this
